We are making a change effective immediately on the quarterly tournament structure. We think this will help encourage more play at each participating bar and give the players many more chances to win money playing free poker.
We are eliminating the quarterly and instead putting in a monthly tournament at each bar. This will give the players even more chances to win money and reward the players that play at each location! The prizes each month will be as follows:
1) WICHITA - $225 Prize Pool
2) Jins - $200 Prize Pool
3) The Spot Again - $100 Prize Pool
4) Pioneer Pub $75 Prize Pool
5) Boomers $50 Prize Pool
Each Month each bar will have its own tournament for its prize pool. The Top 30 at each bar will qualify
But the starting chips for each player will be different. The starting chips will be based on the following :
30th place - 2,000 chips. Each higher position will receive 100 more chips until you reach 20th place
20th Place - 3,500 Chips. Each higher position will receive 100 more chips until you reach 10th place
10th Place - 5,000 Chips. Each higher position will receive 100 more chips.
What that means is that the number 30 qualifier will start with 2000 chips and the number 1 qualifier will start with 6000 chips. That means the more you play the better your chance of winning. It also means that if you can only play at one location that you will still have a chance to win a cash prize.
We really hope that everybody will enjoy the new prize format and yes we will still be having the team competition which takes into account overall points at all locations!! You now have up to 5 chances a month to win a cash prize instead of 1 chance every 3 months. I hope to see you all out at the games soon and often!!

SATURDAYS 8:00pm $20 Buyin, No Rebuys or Add-ons -
SUNDAYS 5:00pm $15 Deep Stack - $8,000 chips to start
SIT & GO Tournaments are here: Show up and play at any time in a fixed blind no limit game, timed tournament. Blinds are $0.25 and $0.50, minimum buy-in is
$20, unlimited rebuys. No rake, all money stays on table and is paid to players. Usually game is every ˝ to 1 hour. No early cashouts, must have chips in play to end.
Groups are welcome to have their own tournaments of their choice, please register the event with the tournament director in advance. If tables are available during scheduled days of play – you can request a game of your choice at that time. Tables open 1 hour prior to scheduled events.
